By purchasing a membership with Recoil, LLC., online or in-person, you agree to and accept the terms of our Membership Agreement.
Membership Agreement
I. Agreement
- This Membership Contract, (this “Contract”) is entered into by and between ‘Member’, and the Recoil, LLC. For and in consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
- During the term of Contract (as defined below), and each subsequent Renewal Term (as defined below), and unless changed by the Recoil, LLC or the Member, the member is entitled to the benefits listed herein and agrees to the following Fees, Terms, and Rules:
II. Fees
In consideration for the Membership Benefits provided by Recoil, LLC, the Member shall be obligated to pay fees as follows in accordance with the selected ‘Membership Type’ below.

- $329.00 Annual Membership Fee
- Active or Retired LEO, EMS, Fire or Military/Veteran (must show proof of service)
- $289.00 Annual Membership Fee
- Senior Weekday Membership (must be 60 years or older)
- $259.00 Annual Membership Fee
- Yearly Family Membership [See Section III for Restrictions]
- $414.00 Annual Membership Fee
- Active or Retired LEO, EMS, Fire or Military/Veteran Family Membership [See Section III for Restrictions]
- $374.00 Annual Membership Fee
- Senior Weekday Family Membership [See Section III for Restrictions]

- $99.00 every 3 months

- Enrollment in auto-debit and/or automatic deductions for debit and/or credit cards are required. You must request to not be enrolled.
III. Member Benefits
The following applies to all annual membership types, additional benefits will be listed below:
- Unlimited range time in one (1) hour increments. (Senior Weekday Membership see below for hours)
- Five (5) free guest passes per year (member must be present and must share lane with guest)
- Additional guest will be $10.00 per hour (must share lane)
- Ten percent (10%) discount on classes (private lessons do not apply)
Senior Weekday Membership
- Lane usage Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm
- $10.00 per hour for any lane usage outside of Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm
Family Add-on
- Applies to all residents of the household that are ages 10 and up.
- All parties must show proof of residency.
- The Member must always be present and family members must share the lane.
3-month and Monthly Membership
- Unlimited range time in one (1) hour increments.
IV. Membership Terms
- This contract is between (The Member) and Recoil, LLC. The Recoil Membership cannot be owned by a company, partnership, corporation, LLC or any other entity. It must be assigned to only one person, who is referred to as “The Member”.
- Additional family members may be added for a fee. [See Section II]
- Member agrees that this membership is a 12-month, 3-month or 1-month contract unless otherwise stipulated in writing and agreed on by both parties.
- This contract shall automatically renew following the initial Term unless terminated by the member. [See Section V]
- The Member may renew their membership at any time.
- Expiration, Lapse or Termination
- There are no refunds for memberships that go abandoned or unused.
- The Member agrees that this contract shall be enforced for the full term unless Recoil suspends or cancels this contract.
- Refund on renewal
- There will be a $25 service charge issued for any refund that is requested after renewal, without notice of cancellation from The Member.
V. Termination of Membership
- Recoil, LLC in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate, refuse, suspend or revoke a contract if The Member, co-member, spouse, partner, children or guest, fail to follow the Policies, Procedures and/or Range Rules as defined in the Range Waiver, or a Member or a guest, spouse or child of The Member, cause a nuisance or disturbance, or any other reason that violates the Values, Character, or sense of common good and decency.
- (Yearly & 3-month membership only) The Member shall be notified at least thirty (30) days prior to each renewal period, through email (valid email is required), unless either party delivers in person, written, by phone or by e-mail notice of membership cancellation at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the next renewal.
- If the membership expires or is delinquent for 59 days or more, the membership shall be determined abandoned.
- The Member understands and agrees the membership shall be considered “abandoned” and terminated in the event of non-payment.
- Cancellations or terminations of memberships (other than for violations of Recoil, LLC rules ethics, morals or law) by either party must be submitted in person, written, by phone or by e-mail prior to the renewal date.
- There are no refunds for canceled memberships without approval of Recoil Shooting Range Owner.
VI. Conduct and Values
- The Member confirms that they have read and understand the Range Safety Rules and Policies and agrees to always comply and agrees to read and sign the Range Waiver of Liability and Range Rules no less than once per year or otherwise directed by Recoil Shooting Range staff.
- The Member understands that the Policies, Procedures and Range Rules may change from time to time. While Recoil Shooting Range makes every effort to notify members and guests of changes, it is the responsibility of The Member and their guests to stay informed and up-to date on Firearms Safety and Range Policies.
- Revocation, Suspension of Membership and Refusal of Service
- The Member understands that Recoil Shooting Range retains the right to enforce the terms of this contract regardless of prior contract enforcement.
- The Member understands that they, or their guests, may be barred from the premise and/or criminally prosecuted within the extent of the law for illegal activity.
- The Member understands that Recoil Shooting Range will report violation of law, procedures, policies or range rules to law enforcement as appropriate. We take our moral and legal responsibilities as a Firearms Training Center of Excellence seriously. We have the absolute right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
VII. Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
- The Member understands and agrees that this Contract is not assignable or transferable nor can any rights or privileges granted by this membership be transferred or assigned to another party, person or entity.
- The Member understands that a Membership at Recoil Shooting Range does not mean Business Partner or in any way confer any partnership or interest, shares, stock, ownership or any other form of equity in Recoil, LLC.
- The Member agrees that Recoil Shooting Range is a business that is open to the public and available for use by all Recoil Shooting Range members, guest of members, private groups and by the general public. Recoil Shooting Range Memberships are offered at a fee to provide benefits that guest of members, private groups or general public does not receive.
- The Member certifies that they are not a “Prohibited Person” as defined by the Gun Control Act.
- The Member understands, acknowledges and agrees that Recoil Shooting Range is not responsible for the damages or loss of any personal firearms or other property regardless of cause of loss including, but not limited to losses due to theft, damage by employee, injury, theft from vehicles, vehicle incidents or accidents in the parking lot or surrounding area.
- The Member understands and agrees that the use of the term “Recoil Shooting Range Membership” is intended merely to represent a means of structuring various membership benefits by Recoil Shooting Range and no part of the earnings of Recoil Shooting Range shall inure to The Member’s benefit.
- The Member acknowledges and agrees that this Contract shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
VIII. Photography, Videography and Model Agreement
- The Member agrees to allow their photograph to be taken for Recoil Shooting Range records and identification as well as any promotional use that may benefit Recoil, LLC.
- Recoil, LLC is not responsible for the posting of photographs or pictures by other members or guests.
VIIII. Legal Responsibilities and Damage to Property
- Recoil, LLC is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from others.
- The Member agrees to pay for all damages or destruction of Recoil Shooting Range that is caused by The Member or The Member’s guest, whether the damage is caused by “accident.”
- Recoil Shooting Range reserves the right to charge The Member for any such damages, regardless of whether the damage is caused by The Member or The Member’s guest.
- The Member confirms that he/she is familiar with shooting ranges and the safe discharge of firearms. If this is not true, The Member agrees that prior to engaging in any shooting sport activities, The Member will take the appropriate steps to ensure that are trained in the safe use and discharge of firearms.
